Shipping Information
All orders ship from Salt Lake City with two available shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
- Hurry Shipping (Express): 1-2 business days
Each map ships in its own box. There’s no pricing anywhere — on the back of map, in the box, or on the box. Just gift wrap and give.
We ship internationally. Additional shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. To initiate a return, please use our Contact page.
If you receive a damaged or are missing an item, contact us via email or the contact form, and we will make it right.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 days of the returned item arriving at our warehouse and will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Due to our fast handling and shipping times, orders can only be cancelled within 10 minutes of being placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you prefer a different item, please place a new order and follow our return process for the original purchase.
Preorders
Preorder policies apply to items available for purchase before they arrive at our warehouse. Preordered items are clearly marked with estimated shipping dates. Payment is collected at the time of preorder checkout.
Preorder items will ship as soon as they become available, usually within the indicated timeframe.
