Sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to states where we have physical operations. That means sales tax is charged on orders shipping to Texas or Utah, and no sales tax is collected for any other states.
If your map shows up damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the map. We’ll either send a free replacement (including shipping) or, if it is only slightly damaged and you prefer to keep it, we can offer a partial refund instead.
All orders ship from Salt Lake City via USPS Ground Advantage (free domestic US, $25+ international) or UPS for speed. US customers: no surprises—we collect sales tax when required. International buyers responsible for VAT, customs duties, or taxes imposed by their country. All include tracking; business days only (no weekend shipping or delivery).
