Hey, it’s Will. Mentally checking off chargers is something I’ve always done. I love visiting new ones. Keeping in mind the best ones. Knowing ahead of time which are at my favorite road trip stops (hello, Buc-ee’s).
Growing up, we had a National Geographic United States Classic Map in the hallway of our home. We would gather around and plan our upcoming trip. I remember the nervous excitement I felt when it was further than we’d ever gone as a family.
Like most bachelors, I had nothing to hang on my wall. What about a map? What about Tesla-themed art? A giant portrait of Elon seemed a little idolatrous.
What about a beautiful map that not only functions as a traditional map but also showcases my Tesla roadtrips?
We have just made our first map. I want to thank everyone who has helped and continues to help.
I hope our maps become cherished art pieces in many EV homes — to help plan trips, relive memories, and spark conversations. Picture this: at Thanksgiving, you point to the countless pins on the map, finally convincing your uncle that “Yes, road-tripping an EV is not only possible, we’ve literally done it many times!”
