All orders ship from Salt Lake City via USPS Ground Advantage (free domestic US, $25+ international) or UPS for speed. US customers: no surprises—we collect sales tax when required. International buyers responsible for VAT, customs duties, or taxes imposed by their country. All include tracking; business days only (no weekend shipping or delivery).
30-day window for unused maps in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping to Salt Lake City; full refund to original payment method within 3-7 days after receipt.

Take a lot of photos of how it arrived. Keep the product and packaging. Message us and we’ll sort it out.
If your map shows up damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the map. We’ll either send a free replacement (including shipping) or, if it is only slightly damaged and you prefer to keep it, we can offer a partial refund instead.
Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible. But let us know if this happens and we’ll see if we can do something complementary. Theft is heartbreaking.
If you’ve just placed the order reach out ASAP so maybe we can fix it before it ships. If it has already shipping, we can usually update it with the courier. If it has already been delivered, we are unable to intervene.
